Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them before ordering any Products from the Website. By placing an order with us you agree to accept these Terms. If you refuse to accept these terms you will not be able to order any Products. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Any trademarks or Products featured on our Website are owned by the respective trade mark owners.
We may update the Website from time to time and may change the content at any time. We do not guarantee that the Website or any content on it will be free from errors or omissions.
The images of Products are for illustration purposes only. Due to technical differences in hardware, monitors and graphic cards, colours rendered on screen may not exactly match those of the Product. For this reason, whilst we make every attempt to ensure that they are as accurate as possible, different hardware configurations will necessarily result in small differences and we cannot guarantee that the images will match the Products and there may be some variation in the colour and texture of the Products ordered.
We will do our utmost to ensure uninterrupted access to the Website however please be aware that access may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time. We will not be liable to you for any reason our site is unavailable at any time for any period.
You may only purchase Products from our Website if you are 18 or over. If you are under 18 you may only purchase Products with the agreement of and under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of the content of our Website, whether explicit or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors, make changes to our website, and withdraw any part of our site or to update Product information at any time if we consider it necessary

How to Order/ Contract Formation
Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process.
After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. However, please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.
Orders will be accepted at our sole discretion but will usually be accepted if the Product is in stock and your credit/ payment card is authorised for the transaction. If we are unable to supply you with a Product we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. You will have the option to withdraw the order or wait for the order to be accepted once we have the stock.
We will confirm our acceptance of your order by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Products have been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation). The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
The prices of our Products will be as quoted on our Website at the time you submit your order. All prices are in pounds sterling and inclusive of any applicable UK VAT at the current applicable rate. If the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of order acceptance we will adjust the VAT you pay. If you live outside of the European Union then it is your responsibility to claim any tax rebates that may apply to your purchase.
The price of the Product does not include delivery charges which will be added in accordance with our delivery charges in Shipping and Delivery information.
If you live outside of the UK then your credit/debit card company will automatically convert the total price for Product and delivery charges into your local currency at the time the transaction is completed.
Prices may change from time to time but changes will not affect any order you have already placed.
In the event an error is discovered in the price of the Products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We are under no obligation to fulfil an order for a Product that was advertised at an incorrect price. In the event that you order an item and the price published on the Website is incorrect for any reason, we will email you to inform you that we have not accepted your order, and that your order has been cancelled. You will be advised of the correct price of the Product. You may re-order it if you wish. If you have already paid for the Products in these circumstances, we shall refund the full amount within 30 days of the date of order. Should you choose to re-order at the correct price, a separate transaction will be posted to your credit card.
Payment for Products and all applicable delivery charges is in advance. We will charge your debit or credit card just before we issue the Dispatch Confirmation.
We accept payment via credit and debit card payments. We accept the following debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Swich, Delta, Maestro and Solo.
All credit and debit card transactions on this site are processed using PayPal and Stripe. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
If you have an account registered with us and have authorised for us to do so, we will securely store your credit and debit card details on our systems. These details will be fully encrypted and used only to process card transactions which you have initiated. We take steps to make our Website as secure as possible.
Our delivery charges are dependent on your shipping destination. Please refer to our delivery section to view timing and costs. The delivery period stated for receipt of your order is approximate. Products ordered will be sent to the address you have provided in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your Products may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.
We will email you as soon as your order has been shipped. That email will contain a tracking link so if you wish to track your parcel, please refer to the tracking number in this email or you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will track your shipment for you.

All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address to accept and sign for the parcel.
Please note that any duties and taxes incurred for orders outside of the EU are the responsibility of the customer, and these can vary depending on the cost of the Product purchased and may cause delay in shipment or delivery. We cannot take responsibility for delays owing to customs clearance or payment issues.
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not satisfied with your Products we will happily exchange a Product for you or offer you a full refund, subject to your compliance with our returns policy. Please read the following returns policy carefully to ensure that we can process your return or exchange as quickly as possible.
You have 14 days from receipt of order to request your returns number, which will be emailed to you. If you require to return or exchange a Product, it must be returned or exchanged within the next 7 days of receiving your returns number. Returns or exchanged outside the 14-day window will only be accepted at our discretion.
The Products must be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all original garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Where provided, any brand packaging such as dust bags and tags must be included in your return. Footwear must be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the Product. Swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear only and the strip must not be removed. Returns will not be accepted if the strip has been removed (swimwear) or if the Products are soiled, and they will be sent back to you and the request for a refund or exchange denied.

If the Product returned is faulty then you will also be refunded the original delivery charge, otherwise you are responsible for all return delivery charges. We cannot accept Products returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the Product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.
We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned Products so please obtain proof of postage. Your Product remains in your ownership until it is delivered to us and we have processed your refund.
It may take a little while between the refund being made and the payment crediting your account. We will refund you on the original credit or debit card you used to purchase the Products.

You may cancel a contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want to receive the Product during the relevant time period then you can notify us of your decision to cancel the contract and receive a refund.
Your right to cancel a contract starts from the date of the Dispatch Confirmation (when we e-mail you to confirm acceptance of your order), which is when the contract is formed. Your deadline for cancelling the contract is 14 days after the day on which the Product is delivered (or the last of separate Products ordered in one order).
To cancel a Contract, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. If you send us your cancellation notice by e-mail, then your cancellation is effective from the date you send us the e-mail.
If you cancel your Contract we will:
refund you the price you paid for the Products;
If you have returned the Products to us because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of the Products in full, together with any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.
If a Product has been delivered to you before you decide to cancel your contract then you must return it to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel the contract. If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into the contract.
We do not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and/or omissions contained on the Website and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of any Products and services at any time and without notice.
We have taken measures to provide accurate Product images for each Product for sale on the Website. However, due to a number of different factors such as Internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual Product.
We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of Products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
We only supply the Products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Product for any commercial, business or resale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your contract cancellation rights.
Except in relation to our contractual obligations to supply Products following acceptance of orders placed on our Website, we are not liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the Website.
We have taken measures to prevent Internet fraud and ensure any data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible. However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our secure computer servers.
- We do not in any way exclude or limit our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- breaches of any applicable sale of goods consumer protection laws which cannot be limited.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
